Dorie attended Louisiana State University (LSU – Geaux Tigers) in Baton Rouge, LA for two years and finished at Rollins College in Winter Park, FL, with a degree in Organizational Communication. She is also a 2001 graduate of Leadership Osceola and past board chair of both Community Vision and the Osceola County Council on Aging. Her time spent in the kitchen cooking and baking for others continues to be an absolute joy.
She currently lives in Central Louisiana and continues to stay involved with Stone Circle as much as possible. Formerly on the Vision Committee for Stone Circle, she continues to provide guidance and follow-up as needed.
